Definitely order this boot one full size larger. I normally wear a 6 1/2 so I ordered a 7 1/2 and it fits perfect. This boot is very comfortable. I bought it because I have a trip coming up where I will be doing alot of walking. I have to wear an orthodic for my arch, and this fits perfectly inside the boot. I have narrow calves and find that this boot fits well for me without any gaps. For those with bigger calves, there is an elastic panel in the back. Very satisfied with this boot!
